To wash your Silverwoof Zen Plus Orthopedic Bed, follow these simple steps:

• Start by removing the covers. Open the zipper located at the bottom of the outer cover.
• Inside the cover, locate a second zipper and open it to remove the headrest.
• Once the outer cover is detached, it can be machine washed.
• Next, unbutton the bamboo cover (the white cover of the memory foam mattress) and remove it.
• Inside the cover, unbutton the headrest compartment. You can find the zipper on the inside of the L-shape and remove the memory foam.
• Now, you can also add the bamboo cover to the washing machine. For ideal cleaning and antibacterial action, wash at a maximum temperature of 60ºC.

After washing and drying, assembling your bed is straightforward:

• Start by taking the bamboo cover of the headrest (in the shape of an L) and the two memory foam mattresses that form an L.
• Insert the shorter part of the memory foam into the bamboo cover first, followed by the longer one.
• Place this assembled headrest into the outer cover and close the inner zipper of the outer cover.
• Next, take the memory foam mattress and the bamboo cover. Slide the mattress into the bamboo cover and close it.
• Insert this mattress assembly into the outer cover, making sure to decide which side of the mattress your dog prefers (warm or cold). This side should be facing up. Securely close the outer cover, and your dog bed is assembled.

Yes, the Silverwoof Zen Plus Deluxe Orthopedic Bed is waterproof. The memory foam is protected by a washable bamboo cover that is waterproof, ensuring no accident damages the memory foam. Additionally, the outer cover is easily washable, so if it gets wet or dirty, simply remove it and wash it.
